Monthly financial statement preparation, including accounting reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, investment accounts, loans, etc.

You will get everything in the Basics Package, plus customer invoicing, which includes receivables aging and follow up with delinquent customers.  This will also provide online invoicing for your customers to pay you multiple ways so you get paid instantly!  We will also ensure your customers are being billed for things like tack stall splits, hauling fees, braiding, banding, show help, and any other shared costs to be allocated.

We will ensure your vendors like your farrier, vet, shavings provider, feed and hay store, barn employees, show help and any other needed expenses get paid

Contracts will protect all parties involved.  We can assist with boarding, training, breeding, embryo transfer and any other situations that may arise.  This will include legal review of the contract. 

Can include but not limited to:  tracking breedings, mare locations, scheduling for vet care, farriers, etc.
